One of the things the less practical in a bathroom is a lighting system in which light sources are positioned in the middle of the ceiling, similar to the kitchens and bedrooms. Nothing could be more wrong! Why? Because if the light comes back, our body will block some of the light rays, and the visibility will be drastically reduced.
We recommend back of the mirror lighting systems, such as background, or at most lights positioned above the mirrors, mirror bulbs oriented middle. The main idea behind these tips is to have some visibility and clarity as high as possible, given that many of us spend much time in the bathroom, in front of the mirror, arranging it.
Regarding shades of light, there are many voices that say that the bathroom is a place to relax and, therefore, warm light is enough, in order to not overload the nervous system.
